Middlesex Water Co., an Iselin-based provider of water and wastewater services, announced that its CEO and President Dennis W. Doll has been named chairman of the board of the Water Research Foundation.
Doll, who will serve as chairman of the board for a two-year term, has been a part of the WRF board since 2010, most recently as co-vice chair.
“I am honored and excited to be serving as chair of WRF, the world’s leading water research organization which brings the value of independent scientific research to over 950 water utilities in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Australia and northern Asia, as well as consulting and manufacturing companies,” said Doll. “WRF’s independent research programs on topics ranging from asset management, utility finance to water quality and more have benefited utility managers, public health officials and regulators. I look forward to working with our board and WRF staff and to continued collaboration within all aspects of the water sector.”
