NAI James E. Hanson announced Wednesday it has arranged the sale of 170 acres of land in Pohatcong.
NAI Hanson’s John J. Schilp and Tom Ryan represented the sellers and each of the three buyers in the sale along Carpentersville Road and High Street.
The site is within close access to Interstate 78, the Delaware River, Phillipsburg and downtown Easton, Pennsylvania.
“Although every land deal in northern New Jersey presents a wide range of challenges and opportunities, this deal’s complexity was unique in many regards,” Schilp said. “With three different buyers and bank ownership of the land, the transaction required the steady hand of an experienced and knowledgeable brokerage team.
