Seagis Property Group, an industrial real estate firm based in Philadelphia, has acquired a warehouse in Carteret, it announced Wednesday.
The 93,000-square-foot property located at 1001 Roosevelt Ave. is within close access to Newark Liberty International Airport and Port Newark, Seagis said.
“This multitenant facility fronts the New Jersey Turnpike with immediate access to the Exit 12 interchange. It has an excellent niche in the North Jersey market place and we are excited to add it to our portfolio,” Brian Tozer, vice president, Seagis Property Group, said.
Seagis said it now owns 28 buildings totaling 4.4 million square feet in North Jersey.
