On Wednesday, representatives from Trinity Rehab and Denholtz Associates cut the ribbon on a new Trinity Rehab center in Clark.
The 5,758-square-foot physical therapy facility will be located at 301 Terminal Ave. in the Clark Commercial Center. It is one of 12 facilities Trinity Rehab has throughout New Jersey, Trinity Rehab said.
“Our brand-new retail center in Clark was built with the needs of the modern retail tenant in mind. The variety and number of tenants we have been able to attract to this location speaks to the successful implementation of our goal to create a property desirable to successful businesses and brands,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Denholtz Associates. “The addition of Trinity Rehab LLC expands upon the services already available at this property, and it speaks to our ability to continually attract occupants across asset classes and provide value back to our investors.”
The 151,819-square-foot Clark Commerical Center was acquired by Denholtz, a real estate firm, and its joint venture partner, MB1 Capital Partners, in 2015. In addition to Trinity Rehab, tenants at the center include Waxing the City, KCO Kickboxing and Jersey Mike’s. The center is within close access to the New Jersey Turnpike.
William Lenaz of Jeffrey Realty & Co Inc. represented Denholtz and Alan Walker of Jeffrey Realty represented Trinity Rehab in the deal.
