Retail TouchPoints names winners of 2019 Customer engagement Awards

Retail TouchPoints, a customer engagement strategy provider for the retail industry, announced Friday 10 companies that have won its 2019 Customer Engagement Awards — with one from New Jersey.

The company recognized the retail companies that it said it deemed the best at driving customer engagement strategies, including mobile apps, cloud-based solutions and more. The winners were selected through a nomination process with four criteria, including embracing the physical-digital connection; customer data analysis; mobile tools; and operational success.

“The companies we’re honoring with Customer Engagement Awards in 2019 are working tirelessly to make sure they have all the capabilities in place to deliver a consistent and compelling experience across all touch points of the shopping journey,” Debbie Hauss, editor-in-chief of Retail TouchPoints, said.
