Tinton Falls-based Kiely Family of Companies announced Tuesday it has promoted Mark T. Taylor to senior vice president of operations — gas, effective Jan. 1.
The company said Taylor has helped grow the its Civil business unit, leading J.F. Kiely Service Co. through its transition to becoming an engineering and project management firm.
