Document storage business DocuVault makes acquisition

DocuVault, a West Deptford-based archival storage business, is expanding its regional footprint with the acquisition of a storage and shredding company serving the Delaware Valley.

The company said its deal for Stonewall Services grows its presence in the South Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware markets, with offerings including document storage, media vaulting and information technology asset disposition and destruction.

“We look forward to bringing our best-in-class customer service and expertise to more clients throughout the region with the acquisition of Stonewall Services,” Keith DiMarino, DocuVault’s CEO, said in a prepared statement. “Owner Bill Bleil has done an exceptional job growing this successful business, and we are 100 percent committed to welcoming all of his clients to the DocuVault family with a smooth and efficient transition.”

DiMarino, who was recently profiled in ROI-NJ’s print publication, said his company has served the region for more than 15 years.

“Our clients will be in excellent hands moving forward,” Bleil said in a statement.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
