Cole Schotz P.C. is pleased to announce that Emily M. Lamond, Eric S. Latzer and David T. Meglino have been elevated to members of the firm, effective Jan. 1. The three new members are located across the firm’s New Jersey and New York offices.
Lamond is a member of the Environmental Department and is located in the firm’s New Jersey office. Latzer is a member of the Litigation Department in the firm’s New Jersey office. And Meglino, a member of the firm’s Construction Services and Litigation departments, is located in the firm’s New York office.

Goldberg Segalla
Goldberg Segalla added associates Earyn J. Edwards and Susi K. Yanez to the law firm’s General Liability Practice Group in two of the law firm’s New Jersey offices, officially passing the 400-attorney mark in its offices nationwide.
Edwards, previously with Hollingsworth LLP in Washington, D.C., joins the firm’s Princeton office. She concentrates her practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of general liability matters, with a particular focus on mass tort, products liability and breach of contract claims.
Yanez, previously with Norton Murphy Sheehy & Corrubia P.C., in Woodland Park, joins the firm’s Newark office. She focuses her practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of general liability claims involving civil rights violations, civil litigation and commercial litigation.
Scarinci Hollenbeck
Scarinci Hollenbeck is pleased to announce the promotions of Roshan D. Shah and Michael A. Jimenez to partner, Angelo Auteri to counsel and Liana M. Nobile to senior associate, effective Jan. 1. All four attorneys are based in the firm’s Lyndhurst. The promotions were announced at the firm’s annual holiday party in December.

Tanenbaum Keale LLP is pleased to announce attorneys Robert M. Gilmartin Jr., Marina G. McGuire and Afigo I. Okpewho-Fadahunsi have joined the firm’s partnership, effective Jan. 1.

The law firm of Bressler, Amery & Ross P.C. announced the promotions of David G. Buffa, Joelle A. Simms and Evan Yablonsky to principal.
The promotions are effective Jan. 1.
David G. Buffa joined the firm’s Securities Practice Group in 2010. His work focuses primarily on broker-dealers, investment advisers and other financial companies in connection with securities regulation and litigation matters. Joelle A. Simms joined the firm in May 2012. Her practice focuses on securities and commercial litigation. Evan Yablonsky joined the firm in June 2014. His practice includes commercial and insurance litigation.
