Ridgewood-based The Stro Companies announced recently it has named Mitchel Kay its new chief operating officer and general counsel.
In this role, Kay will be responsible for leading Stro’s operational, legal and cybersecurity functions.
“We are thrilled to welcome Mitch to the Stro family,” Steven Millstein, principal at the company, said. “As our company and portfolio continue to grow, Mitch will play a vital role in spearheading operational and legal matters related to acquisitions, leasing, personnel and other relevant areas. Having Mitch on board will further help us swiftly identify and seize opportunities necessary for continued growth and development.”
Kay previously worked at Greenbaum Rowe Smith & Davis LLP. He also spent time at Morgan Stanley negotiating technology transactions.
