Marco Awards Group, a wholesale trophy component distributor, has leased more than 46,000 square feet at a building in Moorestown, according to Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The Marlton-based real estate firm said in a news release that Marco, which has 31 distribution centers across North America, signed the long-term lease at 1265 Glen Ave. to replace and expand its prior inventory-stocking location in Cinnaminson.
Brett Davidoff, vice president with Rose Commercial Real Estate, brokered the deal between Marco and landlord Big Box Property Owner A LLC.
