JLL has opened a new office in Princeton, hiring four area real estate veterans to staff it, the real estate firm announced this week.
JLL, which operates three other New Jersey offices, in Parsippany, Metropark and East Rutherford, said the new office expands its reach in the Princeton market and central New Jersey region.
The four new hires are:
- Thomas Romano, managing director;
- Timothy Norris, senior vice president;
- Vinny Di Meglio, senior vice president;
- T.J. Romano, associate.
“The Princeton area is the second-largest Class A submarket in New Jersey, and Tom Romano and his colleagues have a truly dominant agency presence in the area,” Dan Loughlin, market lead for JLL’s New Jersey office business, said in a prepared statement. “The market is highly parochial, so JLL having a physical presence there is crucial.”
Thomas Romano has more than 23 years of experience in New Jersey commercial real estate, JLL said, with a main focus on agency leasing, tenant representation and investment sales services in the Princeton area. He and his colleagues previously oversaw a portfolio of several million square feet for Colliers International.
