Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. announced Tuesday the sale and debt and equity financing for Hyatt House Bridgewater, a hotel in Bridgewater.
HFF said it represented the seller and procured the buyer, Gulph Creek Hotels. HFF also worked on behalf of the new owner to secure a seven-year, fixed-rate acquisition loan and source a joint venture equity partner.
The 128-room, all-suite Hyatt House Bridgewater is located at 530 Route 22 East within close access to Interstates 287, 78 and Route 22. It is comprised of one two-story building and five three-story buildings with one- and two-bedroom suites with kitchens, separate living spaces, bedrooms and work areas. Hotel amenities include a guest market, complementary breakfast, H Bar, business and fitness centers, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, fire pits, a patio and 1,500 square feet of meeting space.
