Hyland Levin LLP, a multipractice law firm, has renewed its Class A office space in Marlton, WCRE announced Monday.
WCRE exclusively represented Hyland Levin in its long-term renewal of 16,440 square feet at 6000 Sagemore Drive.
Hyland Levin said it renewed due to the property’s close access to Route 73, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
The property is owned and operated by Sagemore Management Co., an affiliate of Davis Enterprises.
Jason Wolf, managing principal at WCRE, represented Hyland Levin in this transaction.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
