Vine Street Imports, a wine importer, has renewed its industrial warehouse lease in Mount Laurel, according to Rose Commercial Real Estate.
Adam Rose, president of Rose Commercial Real Estate, represented Vine Street in negotiated the long-term renewal of 17,768 square feet at 16 Roland Ave.
The property serves as Vine Street’s headquarters and is home to an inventory of fine wines.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
“When it came time to renegotiate our lease, we placed only one call. We’ve worked together for 10 years and have complete trust in Adam and his team,” Lori Sanders, owner of Vine Street, said.
