Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. announced Thursday the sale of a vacant industrial warehouse in Jersey City.
The HFF team marketed 21 Caven Point Ave. on behalf of a private seller. The Avidan Group and Elberon Development Group purchased it as co-owners.
The 134,500-square-foot warehouse is located off of Exit 14B of Interstate 78 and is within close access to New York City, the Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal and Newark Liberty International Airport. It features a solar panel system, low office finish and 13 docks.
The HFF team included Michael Oliver and Steve Simonelli, senior directors; Jose Cruz and Kevin O’Hearn, senior managing directors; and Marc Duval and Jordan Avanzano, directors.
“This is a last-mile warehouse facility with incredible access to New York City as well as the airport and port,” Oliver said. “There is incredible investor demand for vacant industrial buildings with high-quality locations.”
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
