A national wholesaler of HVACR equipment has leased space at a Cranbury Township industrial building, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Portland, Oregon-based Johnstone Supply, which provides equipment and parts for the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration sector, has signed for 13,600 square feet of space at the 54,000-square-foot 3 Corporate Drive, NAI Hanson said. The new location represents Johnstone’s 11th site in New Jersey, and will be used as a showroom and warehouse.
NAI Hanson’s Steven Leitner represented the tenant in the deal, while landlord Kerzner Associates was represented in-house by President Sandy Kerzner.
“The Exit 8A industrial market continues to be one of the most sought-after locations for warehousing and distribution in the state, as major transportation arteries such as the New Jersey Turnpike offer unmatched access to millions of customers,” Leitner said in a prepared statement. “Looking to expand their operations in New Jersey, Johnstone Supply recognized that a well-located property in the heart of the Exit 8A market would serve as an ideal location to support their continued growth.”
