Rose Commercial Real Estate, a commercial real estate firm based in Marlton, has negotiated the $2.6 million sale of a retail center in Cherry Hill, it announced Thursday.
The 14,500-square-foot retail strip center is located at 2070 East Route 70.
Michael Jones and Suzanne Jones, owners of DPI Printing, purchased the property from Thundercrack LLC. DPI is a current tenant and decided to purchase the asset, Rose Commercial said.
