Boiling Springs Savings Bank inks new SVP, treasurer

Boiling Springs Savings Bank, a Rutherford-based banking institution, announced Tuesday it has named Nick De Santis as senior vice president and treasurer.

In this role, De Santis will be responsible for financial functions, managing the bank’s liquidity and investment portfolio, and overseeing asset and liability management.

De Santis, who has more than 29 years of experience in the banking industry, most recently served as director and senior Forex trader for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Before that, he held senior vice president roles at Jefferies and Prudential Bache.

“Nick is a great addition to the management team and we look forward to his leadership of the treasury functions at Boiling Springs Savings Bank,” James D. Nesci, president, said.
