Lerner David, an intellectual property boutique law firm, announced Thursday it has relocated to Cranford.
The firm, which was represented by Newmark Knight Frank, moved its headquarters from Westfield.
“We are delighted to support Lerner David in the relocation of their firm headquarters to Cranford,” David Simson, vice chairman of NKF, said. “This property was a particularly compelling option given its location and easy accessibility, combined with the modernized workspaces Signature Acquisitions has been developing at 20 Commerce Drive.”
Lerner David’s new 34,373-square-foot office is located at 20 Commerce Drive. The entire property is a 186,813-square-foot, four-story Class A building within close access to Exit 136 of the Garden State Parkway.
NKF’s David Simon, vice chairman; Dan Reider, associate director; and Michael Jones of Cole Schotz, represented Lerner David in the deal.
