Three tenants have recently leased more than 48,000 square feet in total at a Bridgewater office building, real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield said.
After Samsung Mobile’s lease expired at 685 Route 202/206, property owner Kushner Real Estate Group undertook a series of amenity-focused updates and C&W signed a trio of new tenants:
- C Technologies Inc., a designer and maker of fiber optic assemblies, signed for 24,000 square feet of headquarters space;
- LightSpeed LLC, a litigation support services firm, signed for 18,000 square feet of office space;
- Nipro Medical Corp., a medical device manufacturer, signed for 6,000 square feet of demonstration and office space.
C&W’s Morristown-based team of William O’Keefe, Raymond Trevisan, Charles Parmelli and Jackie Madden led the leasing efforts. John Osborne of Bergman Realty was broker for Nipro in its deal.
“KRE Group has a deep portfolio in this marketplace, and is in tune to the marketplace, which has given the real estate investment and management company an in-depth understanding of the necessities required to succeed and thrive in today’s corporate environment,” O’Keefe said in a prepared statement.
“This newly modernized property accommodates the high-tech nature of businesses in an open, comfortable setting that is also easily accessible to the area’s many great dining, shopping and entertainment options.”
