Advance Realty, a real estate firm, announced Monday the addition of three new restaurants to its tenant roster at Paramount Crossroads, a 141,825-square-foot shopping center in Paramus at the intersection of Route 17 and the Garden State Parkway.
The following restaurants have signed leases at a new, 40,000-square-foot building being added to the development:
- Firenza Pizza: Handcrafted and made-to-order pizza as well as customizable salads, oven-baked wings and meatballs;
- Jersey Mike’s: A New Jersey-based sandwich chain serving customizable subs as well as hot sandwiches, wraps, sides, drinks and more;
- Mamoun’s Falafel: High-quality Middle Eastern food.
The new development is scheduled for completion in February. It was designed to accommodate retailers, restaurants, outdoor seating and more.
“As we near completion of Paramus Crossroads, we are seeing tremendous anticipation for the project, as evidenced by our lease agreements with these highly sought-after restaurants,” Peter J. Cocoziello, Advance Realty’s founder and CEO, said. “We’re extremely excited to add them to Paramus’ eclectic mix of dining options and look forward to bringing additional businesses to what is truly a first-class shopping and dining destination.”
Jamie Sackeim, vice president at Darmouth Co.; and Vicki Ezra, senior associate; represented Advanced in the deals. Gary Krauss of Pierson Commercial Real Estate represented Mamoun’s Falafel and Jersey Mike’s. David Townes, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield, represented Firenza Pizza.
“Paramus Crossroads is situated in the heart of one of the most prominent shopping destinations in the United States,” Sackeim said. “Not only does the site provide retailers with incredible access to a densely populated area with more than 1.4 million people within 10 miles, it’s also just a short drive to the Westfield Garden State Plaza — the third-largest mall in the New York metropolitan area and a powerful attraction for shoppers all year round.”
