The Vitamin Shoppe Inc. has named a new senior vice president, retail sales and operations, it announced Monday.
Neal Panza has joined the Secaucus-based nutritional products retailer, effective immediately, the company said in a news release. He has more than two decades of experience in sales, and will report to CEO Sharon Leite.
“With Neal joining the Vitamin Shoppe, we now have a new senior leadership team in place across the organization that is responsible for implementing our plan to drive the company forward,” Leite said in a prepared statement. “Neal has worked for great brands and brings valuable experience to effectively lead store turnarounds and transform organizations to sales cultures.”
Panza was most recently at Williams-Sonoma, and worked for Brookstone and Gymboree Corp. before that. He also has worked for the Walt Disney Co. and specialty retailers in his career.
