Englewood-based One River, an art education franchisor, announced it will open its first Long Island location in March.
The school, which will be located in Woodbury, New York, is the first of three facilities to open on Long Island this year.
One River also said it plans to open two schools in Central Jersey and one in Westport, Connecticut in early spring and a location in Port Jefferson, New York, and Nassau County, later this year.
“We are transforming art education in America, for children and adults, and are thrilled to bring this experience to more consumers throughout the Northeast,” Matt Ross, founder and CEO of One River School, said. “These communities are searching for fun and compelling art and design education; our beautiful and convenient locations will provide a unique service in the market.”
