Sales and construction for South Beach at Long Branch, a beachfront residential complex, is briskly moving forward, according to Montville-based developer FEM South Beach Urban Renewal LLC.
FEM said to prepare for the next phase of development, the complex’s sales office has relocated from the construction site to the West End section of Long Branch at 64 Montgomery Ave.
The development, located on Ocean Avenue, consists of two buildings situated on 1.7 acres of oceanfront property. The North and South towers are both eight stories tall and home to 47 residences ranging in size from two to four bedrooms as well as duplexes and penthouses.
FEM said it teamed up with Miami-based interior designer Steven G; Shore Point Architecture in Ocean Grove; Monteforte Architectural Studio in Asbury Park; and Cornerstone Construction Services LLC in Somerville to design and develop the property.
South Beach at Long Branch broke ground in the summer 2016. Both buildings were topped off in fall 2018 and residents are scheduled to move in by fall 2019.
