Teterboro-based Party Rental Ltd. has leased a space at the Heights Plaza in Hasbrouck Heights, an office property owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
Alfred Sanzari said the rental services company leased 9,549 square feet at 777 Terrace Ave. The new office will serve as Party Rental’s operations and administrative office.

The Class A office building is located within close access to Interstate 80 and Routes 17 and 46.
