Rose Commercial Real Estate announced recently it has negotiated a long-term office lease for Good Shepherd Penn Partners, a rehabilitation center, in Voorhees.
The new 4,756-square-foot office located at 1020 Laurel Oak Road will provide area patients with inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation as well as long-term hospital care.
Good Shepherd currently has more than 22 offices within the Penn Medicine umbrella, it said.
“With its close proximity to Routes 70, 73 and I-295, this new location strengthens Good Shepherd’s presence in South Jersey and the community,” Adam Rose, president of Rose Commercial Real Estate, said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
