In 2018, Liberty Property Trust signed more than 95,000 square feet of leases in South Jersey, it announced Monday.
The company also said it ended the year with 99 percent occupancy in the region.
“We continue to provide regional operators with space for their industrial needs, and with our portfolio consistently maintaining high occupancy we are always evaluating future growth opportunities,” Peter Corcoran, vice president of leasing and development for Liberty’s New Jersey portfolio, said.

- Visual Communications, 63,914 square feet, lease, 500 Sharptown Road, Swedesboro;
- Amazon, 53,049 square feet, lease, 800 Arlington Blvd., Swedesboro;
- Champion Services, 40,156 square feet, lease, 510 Sharptown Road, Swedesboro;
- Champion Services, 58,000 square feet, lease, 512 Sharptown Road, Swedesboro.
