Rose Commercial Real Estate announced Thursday it has negotiated the long-term medical office lease for North American Spine & Pain Consultants in Cherry Hill.
Brett Davidoff, vice president at Rose Commercial, represented both parties, including landlord Kings Highway RE Associates LLC, in the deal for 7,170 square feet of office space at 1601 N. Kings Highway.
North American Spine currently has 12 medical facilities in four states.
