Healthy Meals Supreme, a customizable healthy meal delivery service, has leased industrial space in Piscataway, real estate firm Denholtz Associates announced Monday.
The 19,358-square-foot lease at 147 Ethel Road West will help Healthy Meals Supreme scale its operations and enable it to continue to provide its products and services to customers in its initial service area in the Northeast.
“We recognized the need for a space that was well-located, modern and adaptable to our needs. Denholtz Associates’ Piscataway Corporate Center and the industrial park at 147 Ethel Road West achieves both goals. Working directly with their leasing team, we have seamlessly negotiated a lease at the property that will enable us to meet the growing demand,” Joe Martinez, founder and chief commercial officer of Healthy Meals Supreme, said.
The property, located within the Piscataway Corporate Center, is within close access to Route 1 and Interstate 287. In addition, the 65,000-square-foot, two-building industrial park has 22-foot ceilings, energy efficient HVAC systems and parking.
“The continued growth of meal delivery services has placed even further strain on a limited supply of flex spaces in the central New Jersey market,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, Senior Vice President of Leasing at Denholtz Associates. “Through our robust portfolio of flex spaces in the local market, we are able to provide companies with the space they need to allow them to grow their distribution networks to efficiently deliver their in-demand products to their customers.”
