Ceragon inks Vered as new chief financial officer

Little Falls-based Ceragon Networks Ltd., a wireless backhaul specialist, announced Wednesday it has appoined Ran Vered its new chief financial officer.

Vered will be replacing Doron Arazi, who will continue in his role as deputy CEO.

“We are very pleased to welcome Ran to our management team and we are most fortunate be able to attract someone with Ran’s extensive background and experience,” Ira Palti, CEO and president, said. “Ran will be a real asset to our organization and his financial leadership will enable Doron to work even more closely with me on business and strategic initiatives to lead Ceragon into the 5G era.”

Vered, who has almost 20 years of experience as a financial executive, most recently served as vice president, finance at Check Point Solutions. Before that, he was chief financial officer of Radcom. He also held various financial roles at Amdocs and spent several years in accounting with KPMG.
