Lighthouse Hospice, a provider of hospice care, has leased a 3,664-square-foot office space in Cherry Hill from Crown Properties LLC, Rose Commercial Real Estate announced Thursday.
Brett Davidoff, vice president with Rose CRE, represented Lighthouse in its lease at 200 Lake Drive.
“Maintaining top level hospice care in the community is a win for those at a very difficult time. Having a nationally recognized facility in our backyard, we can be confident our families will receive the best possible support,” Davidoff said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
