Walters, a Barnegat-based developer, said recently that it has nearly completed its age- and income-restricted community in Manahawkin known as Cornerstone at Stafford.
The development, which will include 100 premium residences at 120 Campbell Blvd., is part of the Stafford Park redevelopment, Walters said in a news release. The first residents are expected to move in this month.
The one- and two-bedroom apartment layouts in the three-story building range from 626 to 1,086 square feet. Amenities include a clubhouse, onsite property managers and more.
“This will be a stunning, modern community, offering exceptional housing options for seniors,” Joseph Del Duca, Walters’ partner and director of affordable housing, said in a prepared statement. “The building is designed to be green, which will help improve the health and well-being of residents, while saving energy, environmental resources and money.”
The development is open to adults age 55 and older who make 60 percent of the Ocean County median income or less.
