Online gambing company Bet365 marks entry into U.S. with new lease in Marlton

Online gambling company Bet365, based in Britain, has signed a long-term lease at Two Greentree Center in Marlton, according to Vantage Real Estate Services.

Bet365’s new 18,876-square-foot office at 9000 Lincoln Drive East will mark its entry in the U.S. market.

Vantage RES was retained as the leasing broker for One and Two Greentree after it had sold two Class A buildings to the current owner, V R I One and Two Greentree Associates, it said.

Leor Hemo, founder and managing principal at Vantage RES, and Aran Ploshansky, associate, represented the landlord in the deal. Hemo and Ploshansky also worked with Anne Klein of Newmark Knight Frank, the firm that represented Bet365, in this transaction.

The property is within close access to Route 73 and Greentree Road.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
