Marlton-based Rose Commercial Real Estate announced Friday it has represented Cherry Hill-based law firm Malamut & Associates in its new office expansion.
The firm, which specializes in government and regulatory law, personal injury, workers’ compensation, criminal defense and family law, has 17 attorneys and 17 support staff members.
Rose CRE said while the firm currently has offices in Princeton and Hoboken, the new, 9,117-square-foot space at 457 Haddonfield Road will provide an opportunity for growth.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
