Realogy inks Simonelli its new CFO

Madison-based Realogy Holdings Corp., a residential real estate services company, announced Monday it has appointed Charlotte Simonelli as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, effective March 25.

Realogy also said Tim Gustavson, who has been serving as interim chief financial officer, will resume his primary responsibilities as chief accounting officer and controller.

Simonelli will report to Realogy CEO and President Ryan Schneider and also serve as a member of the executive leadership team.

“Charlotte is a strategic and hands-on executive with deep financial experience at some of the world’s most recognized and respected organizations,” Schneider said. “She will be a great addition to the team, and I look forward to working closely with her to drive operating performance, to optimize our capital structure, and to unlock additional value for our shareholders.”

In this role, Simonelli will be responsible for all financial functions of the brand, including financial reporting, planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations.

Prior to Realogy, Simonelli was most recently vice president and chief financial officer, medical devices at Johnson & Johnson. She has also held various leadership roles at large multibrand organizations, including Reckitt Benckiser Inc., Kraft Foods Inc. (now Mondelez International Inc.) and PepsiCo Inc.
