Wolf Commercial Real Estate announced Friday it represented H & W Holding LLC in leasing and marketing an office suite in Burlington.
The 7,500-square-foot property located at 460 Veterans Drive was leased to Catholic Charities, WCRE said.
The office suite is located within a 63,400-square-foot office/flex building in a business park, WCRE said. It is within close access to the Burington-Bristol Bridge, Route 130, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
John Mozzillo, senior associate of WCRE represented the landlord in the deal.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
