Rose Commercial Real Estate announced Tuesday it had represented Dugan Construction in the purchase of an office building in Voorhees.
The property, located at 93 Cooper Road, is a 20,000-square-foot, one-story medical office property.
Dugan purchased the asset for $3.64 million from VRI Cooper Road Associates LLC.
The building is currently home to two long-term tenants: The Endo Center at Voorhees and NovaCare Rehabilitation. There is one, 2,500-square-foot medical office available for lease.
