Holmdel-based WorkWave, a provider of software solutions for the service industry, announced Monday it has appointed David Gainnetto as chief operating officer.

Gainnetto will be responsible for enhancing WorkWave’s customer experience in areas such as marketing, engineering, sales, services, support and more.
