Colliers International announced Wednesday it has been retained by Beijing Ideal China Group Co. to market and lease 1 Newark Center.
The property is a 526,000-square-foot Class A office building located in downtown Newark. It is located one block from both Military Park and Newark Penn Station.
Amenities include a cafe, sundry shop, on-site management, covered parking and 24/7 security.
Frank Gunsberg and Bryn Cinque, executive managing directors at Colliers; Jim Bailey, senior managing director; and Stephen Graziano, associate; will head the assignment.
Available units at the property range from 1,300 to 27,000 square feet.
