Markeim Chalmers Inc., a Cherry Hill-based commercial real estate firm, announced it has negotiated the $637,500 sale of a multifamily portfolio in Woodlynne.
The portfolio consists of three residential properties with 10 apartment units located at 142 Linden Ave.
Kevin Burns, senior vice president at Markeim, represented the seller, Panayiotis and Agnes Theodossiou, in the deal. The buyer was North Jersey-based investor 300 Belmont LLC.
