Real estate firm Somerset Development announced three new retailers are ready to open in Holmdel at Bell Works‘ “The Blocks at Bell Works” — the metroburbs ground-floor retail destination.
The latest tenants to join the roster at Bell Works are:
- Swing Loose, an indoor golf facility, 2,728 square feet;
- Escapology, a escape game experience, 3,274 square feet;
- oasisVRX, a virtual reality center, 2,577 square feet.
“We are thrilled to welcome these new retailers to ‘The Block at Bell Works’, each of which presents a unique range of experiences for both our workers and visitors to enjoy,” Ralph Zucker, president of Somerset Development, said
“This marks an incredibly important step for the metroburb, as we continue to transform this once-vacant building into a true destination where people from across the region can come to work, dine, shop and gather.”
All three entertainment venues are expected to open by late summer 2019.
Justin Korinis, principal, Sabre Real Estate Advisors; and Sean Pyle, senior associate; represented Somerset Development in each deal.
Bell Works has now leased more than 1 million square feet, Somerset Development said, including about 90 percent of its office space. The building is currently home to more than 70 tenants. The property now has 40,000-square-foot conference and event center and it will soon house a 186-room hotel on its rooftop along with a restaurant, bar, lounge area and infinity pool.
