Centenary University announced Monday it has introduced a new dual degree option, 4+1 BS/MBA, for students to complete an undergraduate bachelor’s degree in business and a master of business administration in five years.
“The 4+1 BS/MBA offers our students a great opportunity and value, as well as a competitive edge,” Cheryl Veronda, chair of Centenary’s Business Department and professor of business, said. “This degree is widely recognized as preparation for executive positions in business. Also, our professors have significant professional experience, bridging the gap between theory and practice with their real-world approach.”
Centenary business students are eligible to apply for the program at the end of the fall semester of junior year. Once accepted, students begin taking MBA courses during their senior year and remain an extra year after earning an undergraduate degree to complete the advanced degree.
