Tinton Falls-based insurance agency World Insurance Associates LLC announced Tuesday it has acquired Staten Island-based investment advisory firm Financial Planning Concepts of America Inc.
“The team at Financial Planning Concepts care about the people they do business with,” Rich Eknoian, CEO and co-founder of World Insurance Associates, said. “We are thrilled to welcome them to the growing World family.”
Financial and other terms were not disclosed.
“We are excited to join the team at World and look forward to providing the same level of fiduciary care to the World family,” Joseph Marchese, founder and president of FPC, said.
