NKF retained by IVY as leasing agent for Warren Innovation Center

Newmark Knight Frank, a real estate advisory firm, announced Monday it has been retained by Ivy Realty as the exclusive leasing agent for its portfolio in the Warren Innovation Center in Warren.

The NFK team of Jeff Schotz, executive managing director; and Harrison Russell and Dan Reider, associate directors; will work with IVY to develop a capital improvement plan for the three-building campus.

The Warren Innovation Center, located at 30, 40 and 45 Technology Drive, is comprised of 231,000 square feet of multiuse space.

“With strong ownership now in place, the Warren Innovation Center is well-positioned to retain and attract tenants looking for value-oriented space with key amenities located in the park,” Schotz said. “The buildings are suitable for both traditional office tenants and for companies looking to lease R&D, laboratory or light industrial space, so we’re confident the campus will attract a diverse range of quality tenants. As this submarket continues to grow as a hub for New Jersey’s robust biopharmaceuticals sector, we expect biotech and pharmaceutical companies alike will be particularly interested in this location.”

Updates to the campus will include renovations to the building facades, common areas and tenant amenities, IVY said. The site currently has an on-site health, racquetball and tennis club, and a nature trail.
