A new luxury residence, 325 Ferry Street, in Newark’s North Ironbound neighborhood is officially open for leasing, the community’s developer announced Thursday.
The 91-unit property is already 35 percent leased with move-ins scheduled for April 1.
“We are proud of the overwhelmingly positive response 325 Ferry Street has received since we launched leasing,” said T. Gary Gutjahr, who developed the property along with his partner J. Gordon Gutjahr. “With our first move-ins expected in April, we look forward to providing our residents with finely-crafted living spaces and an amenity-rich, commuter-friendly lifestyle in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in New Jersey.”
Two-bedroom units are currently available, with space up to 1,116 square feet and prices starting at $2,317.
325 Ferry Street boasts amenities including street level retail; modern energy-efficient living spaces; a private daily shuttle from both Newark Penn Station and the Harrison PATH Station; a fitness studio; a lounge with TV, Wi-Fi, coffee bar and fireplace; outdoor patio with firepits; parking; electric car charging ports; climate-controlled storage units; security; and more.
“For more than 20 years, we have built custom, luxury homes in some of the most desirable locations in northern New Jersey, and now that same custom approach is attracting residents to 325 Ferry Street,” Gutjahr said. “We look forward to providing our residents with an exceptional lifestyle experience in a mixed-use luxury building that contributes to the overall vitality of the neighborhood.”
