Sales up at 99 Hudson in Jersey City

99 Hudson, a new luxury condominium tower in Jersey City, has started out the first quarter of 2019 with 34 sales recorded.

“99 Hudson reflects our commitment to creating an iconic 21st-century residential property in a vibrant, urban setting,” Xiaocheng Zhou, president of China Overseas America, developer of the project, said.

“The extraordinary residences, exclusive amenities and breathtaking views are paired with a downtown Jersey City location that offers every lifestyle element one looks for in a convenient and culturally-rich destination. The robust sales activity we’re experiencing is a testament to the building’s widespread appeal to professionals and entrepreneurs from both sides of the river and beyond.”

The tower, designed by Perkins Eastman, features studio-to-three-bedroom homes with a limited number of penthouse residences. Condominiums range up to 2,500 square feet and are priced from $557,000 to $4.2 million. Initial occupancy is slated for late 2019.

The property also features 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a lobby, fitness center, game room, golf simulator, children’s play room, work cafe, library, 24-hour concierge, swimming pool, spa and hot tub, and much more.

“Soaring 900 feet into the Jersey City skyline directly across the river from the World Trade Center, 99 Hudson continues to capture the attention of Manhattanites,” Jaqueline Urgo, president of The Marketing Directors, said.

“When they take the ultra-convenient ten-minute ride to Jersey City via PATH train or ferry, they discover spacious homes with incredible Manhattan skyline views, 65,000 square-feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, and a vibrant waterfront neighborhood booming with art, culture, dining and nightlife — all at a value-laden price point that is driving sales.”
