Rose Commercial Real Estate announced Thursday it has represented the owner in the sale of a free-standing office building in Marlton.
The 2,700-square-foot, two-story office property sold for $450,000 to Rose Psychiatric LLC from Larry Shemesh.
Rose Psychiatric, Rose CRE said, was looking to invest in a purchase after leasing for a number of years.
The office, located at 54 South Maple Ave., is within close access to Routes 73 and 70.
