Zimmel Associates, an Edison-based real estate brokerage, announced Thursday it has recently completed two deals for United States Land Resources, a property owner.
The first building, located at 330 Talmadge Road and situated on 2 acres in Edison, is a 22,500-square-foot, free-standing industrial building leased by Dank Depot. It is within close access to Interstate 287, NJ-27 and Route 1.
The second building, located at 3 Findern Ave. in Bridgewater, is a 102,000-square-foot free-standing industrial building leased by Midstate Logistics. It is within close access to routes 22 and 27.
“Midstate Logistics had a building in the area and wanted to relocate in the same location. There are not many buildings in the area to fit their specific needs, however this turned out to be an ideal location for them,”
Financial terms were not disclosed.
