N.J. firm ranks in Top 10 of Transport Topics’ top logistics companies list

Transport Topics has released its annual Top 50 Logistics Companies list, and one New Jersey-based firm made the cut.

The list evaluates top logistics companies’ financial and operational information, Transport Topics said.

NFI, a Cherry Hill-based supply chain solutions provider, has ranked No. 10 overall on the list. The firm also ranked in four subcategories: top dedicated contract carriers (No. 4), dry storage warehousing firms (No. 5), refridgerated warehouse firms (No. 16) and freight brokerage firms (No. 33).

NFI, which operates clean diesel, natural gas and electric trucks, said its fleets are made up of more than 4,000 tractors and 9,7000 trailers. It also offers solutions in temperature control as well as operating specialized fleets including tankers, flatbeds and conestogas.
