Rose Commercial Real Estate announced Wednesday it has represented the sale of a medical office building in Woodbury Heights.
Adam Rose, president at Rose CRE, represented owner Theodore Lempert DDS in the sale of the 7,350-square-foot freestanding building located at 40 Elm Ave.
The building, which has 85 parking spaces and is within close access to Route 45, was purchased by Manson Marketing Inc. for $525,000, Rose CRE said.
